Just how long is 'The Bench'?

I have just taken the measurements of my rump - 40cm

I did have a larger rump when I first took my seat on this bench, so when we calculate the length on the bench we will have to factor in 'shrinkage'.

This is a bit like earned value management in reverse!!!!
