I've pm'd you, but not too much more to say really

I've heard that Beckett did this before, if so, does anyone know who the liquidators were and what the outcome was. Surely 2 agencies being run down by him is not a good sign that he's clever at this stuff.

...or maybe he knows how to pocket other peoples money without getting caught.

Just to confirm I have written to:
Bond LLP with details of the misconduct of JBA
Written to my MP who has referred the matter to BIS
Written to Watchdog (you never know!)
If anybody else hasn't done this yet, you should really do this, or forward details to cookiemonster as requested so we can keep the pressure on. Will cos you nothing to fire off a quick letter/email and at least keeps things moving so hopefully Nick Beckett and his crew don't get the chance to do it again. Who knows? If we're lucky he ,may be found guilty of something and have to sell that lovely house to pay us all off...a pipe dream I know...

i have the post of Dark Knight and it will be passed onto the liquidators. However please be aware that due to not having proof specifically, this could be looked on as allegations. I hope what is stated in the post will serve as proof to what the creditors assumed was happening behind the scene.

It's gone quiet but a case of waiting to hear back from the liquidators first, though people could keep ringing them each week to keep the pressure up.
I have been given a contact for a lady at BIS who might be able to help look into the issue for those not operating as a Limited Company,i.e umbrella's etc..

Update from liquidators

So i have been talking to Bond...

The investigation is going well and they have an idea of what has happened, will not be disclosing details so I dont compromise the situation..however one thing has come to light...

The information of how JBA has been decieving us is very helpful to their investigation, as this is the proof they need and not what we have been saying on this forum however out of the 70 or so creditors the liquidator has only received 3 or 4 letters from the creditors with this proof.

I'm sorry but thats really lousy considering the amount of time spent complaining on here. If you want any chance of seeing that money, you need to all do your bit, I can't iterate this enough. We've come this far and now is not the time for inactivity!

please, please, do your bit if you havent already and get your email evidence of your dealings with JBA into Bond Partners.

Think i've said all i can really.

if any one is wondering what the evidence should be, here are examples:
1) copies of cheques that bounced
2) spreadsheet showing columns with date of your invoice, date your client paid them, date they finally paid you, how many days over by paying you to invoice date
3) copies of emails where they tell you were going to get paid and then never did
4) copies of emails with all the excuses and lies
5) anything that reveals how corrupt they were!

Computer Personnel

Going by Mr Beckett's LinkedIn profile, he was part of Computer Personnel when they went belly up too....

Search Companies House for "FLV Computers Ltd" - RegNo: 03441432 which used to be called "Computer Personnel UK Ltd" and, as it happens, the current company RegNo: 03951554 "Computer Personnel UK.Com Ltd" happens to have the same registered address as the old one......

Oh, and watch out for Colston Consulting too. Another "Phoenix" agency - the new name for "Close Resource"

Hi,

I was at the meeting (the handsome one, I walked with a few of you back to the Station) and completely forgot to check out this thread sorry.

I have all my Emails back and forth with JBA (although a lot was also on the phone unfortunately) as well as my invoices etc, so I'll get these off to the liquidators. I will have to contact to the client I was working at and ask if they can confirm when they paid JBA maybe..

Don't think it will do much good considering the level of debt involved. But if it helps bring pressure / action on Nick Beckett then I'll do all I can!
