So where's the sticky containing such a list of past/recent offenders?

Don't tell me, we're not allowed one for fear of libel action, so the scum continue to operate under new names laughing all the way at the useless laws and protection available to their victims.

If a company is entering liquidation a notice is to be served to all creditors and a notice put in the London Gazette at least 7 days before the meeting. I have no letter as of yet or can find anything online in the Gazette.
FYI Here is alink to the notice in the London Gazette:

I notice that Broadgate IT have around 30 job/contract listings on Jobserve:

I may apply for some (under a different name than they know me as from JBA days) just to waste their time, and blacken their name with the clients if I get an interview.

These contracts are basically assets taken from the old company that could have been used to pay us were they not folding.

Here is an extract below of what action creditors can take once liquidators are appointed. Therefore once we know who the liquidators are, they should be told about all the dubious business practices that have been mentioned on this forum! Out of interest, how many people are attending the meeting?

How can I help this process?
There are two ways suppliers can help to ensure that unscrupulous directors are unable to set up new companies.

If you are a creditor to a business which is undergoing insolvency, it is essential that you help the Official Receiver / Insolvency Practitioner to understand the causes of failure. They have a duty to investigate the affairs of companies in compulsory liquidation and report evidence of criminal offences to a prosecuting agency. If you believe that the company is withholding information about its assets, or if you have information about the conduct of the company, you should write to the Official Receiver / Insolvency Practitioner giving the relevant facts.

Aren't JBA undergoing voluntary not compulsary liquidation?

It'll probably turn out that the administrators decide there's not enough assetts to recover (especially seeing as they may have already been transferred to the new company!) to make it worthwhile actually going through the liquidation process?

The law is a shambles if the directors of JBA / Broadgate IT can lawfully get away with what they're doing.

Did any of you write to your MPs? My MP has passed my complaints to the Department of Business. What they can achieve I do not know but every little helps.

You write as well to get some momentum behind this.

my MP has referred the matter to Business Secretary Lord Mandleson to comment.

Everyone write to your MPs too to get momentum behind this so the authorities can breathe down their necks at least.
