        Okay (don't know why they sent me a mail as I don't have any of what they want but they are just down the road from me) although have you checked out their website: www.csa.de, and have a look at a powerpoint demo they have on there for their products, really rather amusing...

          Seriously, there are Win32 and Win64 binaries for MySQL on their web site. It really is easy. A good book is Learning SQL by Alan Beaulieu. I've got the 1st Edn and it takes you through setting up MySQL and as well as the ANSI SQL language in general.

              Yes, but when the Live CD doesn't work, the alternate CD doesn't work, and my posts asking for help on this forum and the Ubuntu forum get no replies, I can't help but wonder if the problem isn't me.
