    Is there some space on the bench after next week?

    I'm not renewing my contract with RBS. So make some space please.

    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

        Yes. All I can say is that the consensus is that I am not wanted at the client site.... so I'm doing myself a favour and moving on.

          if they are willing to renew, i am assuming with you turning it down, they will be looking. why dont you post the job details here. I am sure one off the ladies or gents on this board are tired off the bench and would jump on it should it be a suitable role....jus a thought

            RBS, eh?

            You can have my pre-warmed, highly-polished, spot on the bench, here in the sun, right by the beer-filled cool box, on one condition:

            Plant tulips in the drawer of a manager before you leave.

            A right wunch of bankers.



            (I have a looooong standing issue with RBS.)

                    That's one way of looking at it. But when they make your life a living hell, especially when one has health issues, it's better to walk away. In any case, the job is dull as hell.
