Gawd sounds like Wendy Slobber Chops from the (I think now, don't quote me on this I could be wrong) defunct "Future Matrix Ltd" recruitment agency.

The scary thing is that the bloke on the voice message seems to "believe his own BS" to the 'N'th degree, beware of desperate psychos, avoid, ignore and move on.

There may be a plot to film here! Contractor applies for a job, Agent becomes obsessed with trying to assist the contractor in his quest. The relationship goes through various highs and lows, until the contractor arrives home one night to find his favourite laptop burning in the BBQ and the agent in the shower!

A working title for the film could be "Fatal Application" ?
What do you guys think? We got the talent to pull this off?

He's implicated himself - you've not published anything that he could say tarnishes his reputation - which is basically what defamation is about - because he did it on his own. I don't see any implied trust on your part to keep this verbal attack a secret.

All seems pretty watertight to me.
Yup, surely if you recorded the call without his knowledge and posted it on the internet that would be dodgy. But he clearly knows that this is being recorded because it's on a voicemail.

Not really worth the time. From the title of the post I thought it would be a real ranting raging screaming, 'you're gonna die' nutter type phone message. But no, just some mild bulltripe as one gets from agents from time to time.
