        If you're going to be renting, Earlsfield is one stop on the train, about 3 miles away and offers (IMO) the best balance of a nice area with cheaper rent. A few nice pubs and restaurnats, but you'll probably save £200 pcm on a flat.

        Wimbledon village is going to be very expensive. Winbledon itself is very nice, Colliers Wood, Tooting etc is a dump!
