I need DOB and NI number

I get more pimps asking for this up front - such a blatant disregard for age discrimination laws.

Also, NI number wtf? What next, bank account and wife's bra size?

Does a company have a Date of Birth (date of incorporation?) & an NI number - errrr - no!

A letter from a company director (you!) confirming your eligibility to work should be sufficient if you are providing services as a company.

Yes it is a discrimination against age.. however, some claim that they need it to prevent "Duplicate Applications". If you are not happy with providing the information, then don't.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

        FFS just lie.
There is no way they can prove you lied, and if it gets you an interview and you are offered the role they are hardly going to complain if you lied about your age.

Out of interest, what do people think is the IDEAL age to be to appeal to clients? 32 perhaps?

Except if you look 20 years older than the age you stated.
