Fixed term contract with agreed milestones!

Is there any way this isn't just another word for permiedom?

Never come across the "agreed milestones" bit in a fixed term - could you elaborate?

Depends, do you get paid on delivery of milestones, on successfull completion of the project or once a month along with the rest of the permies?

Permie without the benefits normally! not too bad if a 12 month contract with paid holidays.

The implication was that extra payment would be forthcoming on completion of milestones. I'm really just interested to see if this could be written in such a way as to maintain my ltd and stay out of ir35 etc!

What as in 12 month gig.

Not later than 3 months: complete a
            4 months: complete c
            12 months: complete b

Don't see anything wrong with that.

Is this from an Indian Outsourcer?

Three of them are doing this! They offer a fix rate per month after tax and are offering 10 months contracts. It is probably 50% more than Permi per month but still way under Contractor rates.
