    Is this from an Indian Outsourcer?

    Three of them are doing this! They offer a fix rate per month after tax and are offering 10 months contracts. It is probably 50% more than Permi per month but still way under Contractor rates.

    The implication was that extra payment would be forthcoming on completion of milestones. I'm really just interested to see if this could be written in such a way as to maintain my ltd and stay out of ir35 etc!
