    Need something developing...

    Folks,

I posted a little while ago about needing a very simple Windows app developing.

I now need this done - and need it done pronto - cash money on offer if anyone's interested (obviously, as long as they agree to pay any tax due, etc, etc)...

    Is anyone interested?

All it is is a series of screens - point and click, and some free text entry (and maybe one of those predictive dictionary things) that spits out a 'report' in the correct format - maybe as a PDF.

    Can anyone help?

    Ta,

I've just used Rentacoder for a small project and was very impressed.

    Could be a suitable solution.

Can I interest you in a web application?

      No?

      Oh well

Rent-a-coder is definitely worth a try, but failing that I've got some free time at the moment if that helps.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

I could be interested, but I can't compete with RentaCoder prices.

Same here - plenty quickness, but not much cheapness. And it would have to be written in .net so you'd need the .net framework installed on the machines on which you deploy the app.

Nick, if I could possibly afford your rates I'd seriously think about it...

However, saying that, I think there's a possibility that it could well turn into a web app a few months down the line - if I have the take-up which is forecast...

If you're still available, you're the primate for the job.

Is the DB Oracle? If so, do it with Apex.

I could do it with a combination of clustered Windows Server 2008, BizTalk Server 2006 R2, SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition, SharePoint Server 2005, Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, Microsoft InfoPath.

Would need a budget of around £300K and about 12 months.

                    Any good?
