        I always put the company names for my previous roles, I don't put my current role in there though, just incase the agent has a foothold in there

          Yep, paid up after a carefully worded email to the directors of agency, cc-ing the guy at clientco in charge of contracts.

          Of course, it may be immaterial if the bank goes tits up, though I'm sure we can believe the govermin when they say small business accounts are protected up to 50k.
