    DWP work retraction - Synergize

Some of you may have received an e-mail about this matter. I am awaiting a payout on an RTA and will use some of that money to obtain advice on this matter.

No one should be overly optimistic about the outcome, however there is little harm in obtaining a professional opinion. Assuming the professional agrees I will post his opinion on this site.

If you know of other contractors who have received the same treatment perhaps you could direct them here. There is usually a three year time limit on these matters (please note I do not profess to be an expert so I could be wrong).

If nothing else you may be able to express a public opinion on this matter anonymously.

Newbie awaiting moderation, so the first one doesn't seem to count.

It might help if we knew what the hell you were on about, of course. Is it as simple as someone at DWP realising that Synergize are breaking the Cabinet Office's rules by limiting themselves to cleared staff? Are the company in trouble in some way? Are you another contractor who thinks he's owed a living and goes screaming to Mummy when his pseudo-permie "employment rights" are abused?

I think we need to know...
              Blog? What blog...?

As mentioned above there is no certainty as to the outcome of this matter. For the time being it is worth keeping all documents (e-mails etc.).

If you turned down other work to accept this "offer" you should probably retain those documents as well.

The original e-mails were sent to all and sundry, if you wish to remain anonymous you should not use the "reply to all option" alternatively post here.

What on Earth are you talking about? A brief overview would be very helpful.
