Are you allowed to bad mouth agencies or umbrella companies on here? I am going through a really bad experience and feel like the world of contractors should know.

Try it, and see if the moderators take it down!
I've seen some posts removed, and some left - most people seem to like a "name and shame", and you're unlikely to find too much backing for an umbrella company on here... -
Yeh OK, so which umbrella/agent do you represent then?Originally posted by fishdiscoAre you allowed to bad mouth agencies or umbrella companies on here? I am going through a really bad experience and feel like the world of contractors should know.Comment

I hope proper evidence will be presented.
I once saw a post on another site bad mouthing an agency I was working with. The agency was one of the best I had worked for. Their side was contractor was totally useless - bad technically and could not get on with people. The client had sacked them - the contractor got paid full notice period but they wanted a contract for life!
I am sure we have all met the odd contractor like this. And I am not going to say that agents are perfect either.

If your grievance is justified and true, then placing facts on this board you will not have anything to worry about! Name and shame time

The problem is that everyone has different experiences. I found Giant great, but have heard from some agencies they were "awful". Equally I had Parasol recommended to me but found them pretty poor in comparison to Giant.
