Pay yer IR35 insurance, don't take obvious inside roles, keep yer head down, and you'll be alright. That's my motto.

I just compare my situation to the various case studies that crop up from time to time on the various newsletters I'm subscribed to. And I answer the IR35 determination assessments honestly.

He's got the added problem his accountants have been managing his business for 20 years which is a clear case of MSC though.
