Tester needed with SC clearance York

Any testers with active SC clearance looking for a new contract? Based in York. Let me know as they are really struggling to find anybody.

Pay a price the market will bear. Inside IR35, 450 a day, SC? Pick two, at most.

While in general I'd agree with you, I'd suggest with 'cleared' testing it's not quite as clear cut as this. Plenty of times I've used live data in testing, Police, Government and Defence. Often, this is why a clearance level is specified for a role due to access to sensitive prod data.

No mention of a commute or that it isn't remote or nearly all remote. Removing negative thinking, if I was a struggling tester I'd apply and negotiate the remote aspect, since the client is desperate. Negative thinking dominates this thread without merit. A nice tide yourself over contract for someone in need.
