We are looking for a remote UI Designer to work for a leading consultancy company. The role is remote from anywhere in the world but you must be willing to work to the UK time zone. The role is paid monthly direct to your company and you get 25 days paid leave. The role is also outside IR35.
Required Experience
UI: wireframing prototyping visual design accessibility tools like Sketch, Figma, Axure, Miro
* Collaboratively working with UX Design to deliver pixel perfects, taking ownership of ensuring the implementation of consistent UI design across the system
* Rapid prototyping
* Front End: HTML CSS(SASS,LESS) JavaScript (ES6, React)
* React a must
* Very experienced working with Jira & Confluence, adding to stories & pro-actively proposing smart user-centric solutions that improve the user experience & create economies of scale
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong English language skills.
* Working to UK office hours
* Experience or understanding of Agile development methodologies

Personal Attributes
* They need to be pragmatic 'do-ers', solution focussed
* Truly agile mindset & understanding around things like:
o Delivering high value
o Delivering incrementally
o Thinks in terms of MVP solutions (good, better, best)
o Pairing when needed, swarming when needed, PRs of team-mates code
o Can interrogate agile stories from a tech perspective, providing suitable/appropriate solutions, pros & cons
o Can apply a strategic technical mindset, technical 'economies of scale' thought in terms of solutions
o Understands and collaborates on DoR, DoD, ACs
o Excellent communication skills
* Truly senior which obviously isnt measured purely in years, more their approach, solutions, toolkit, passion, experience etc
