Pairing when needed, swarming when needed

Along with the “salary” and “holidays” I’d be less than surprised (understatement of the year) if the outside sds never turns up… I really can’t see how pairing could ever be seen as outside… ?

Also the fact you could be based anywhere in the world but willing to work UK hours makes me wonder what kind of weird tax dodging scheme they are trying to pull.

Like, let's say I'm in Spain are they going to pay me in Euros or Pounds or what? They'll pay my company they say but does it have to be a company registered in the UK or can I work via my Spanish ltd?

The whole thing sounds as sketchy as it gets.

AND for 2600-3600 a month (130-180 quid a day...lol) you need to be a UI Designer AND ALSO a front end developer.
