Mosquitoes are a nuisance too. It's hard to ignore them when you have itchy bumps on your skin.

Is there such a thing as a Recruiter net?

The difference is that mosquitoes are hard to avoid (and are far more important than agencies which is why so much money is spent on ways of removing them), whereas you do not have to use an agent if you do not wish to.
