Recommendations for a good commercial terms lawyer

    Good afternoon,

I was wondering whether anyone can recommend a good commercial terms (contract) lawyer who knows how the world of contracting works. More and more I am getting more complex contracts when doing work and I would like to be able to leverage lawyer when needed (once in a blue moon) for the commercial review (note not an IR 35 review).

    Thank you.

Quite a few threads on commercial terms checks with a couple of discussions and recommendations in the past.

Try the google search method and play around with the keywords above and beyond what I've tried below but there are threads in there with some providors mentioned.

Or have a word with Markel Tax...? Despite the name they can look at the whole contract rather than the just the tax bits, and they certainly understand contracting.
      Blog? What blog...?
