And if both are through Resource Solutions (who are a MSP) you'd need to do timesheet through their VMS system so that would flag double hours I'd say......

This. Taking on two concurrent clients/contracts is fine if you can manage the work and the client expectations are set.

But completing a timesheet for client A, when you're also filling in a timesheet for client B for the same hours/days, will quickly have someone levelling the accusation of fraud at you.
