    Agent Faking A Contract Extension

    Hi,
Just when I thought I've seen everything an agent is capable of,
    came this last incident.
Before the year (and my last contract) ended, my agent faked an extension.
What I wanted to ask you guys is:

    A. Has that ever happened to any of you.

    B. Am I the only one who thinks that this is a line crossing.

    Would appreciate your opinion.

How do they fake an extension? Give us the details and let's see if there is an alternative, less nefarious reason.

Was this a flexible extension?, - or a firmer offer?
      do you have hard evidence?

Very simply. Emailing you a new contract starting a day after your current one has ended, for 6 months.

And what is it that makes it a faked extension?

I assume they pulled your extension? It didn’t last as long as you thought it would?

And what possible reason is there for doing this if its fake?

All smells a bit inneresting to me.

If the contract was signed, and you're an IPSE+ member, then you may be able to claim some compensation.
