"Vacancy Broker" - any experiences?

Applied for a contract via JobServe listed by a 'traditional' agency. Then got an email from someone from VacancyBroker and two messages on LinkedIn from different people from VacancyBroker.

Anyone had any experience with them? Appears to be a service for agencies?
