Model "IR35 Friendly" Contract?

Many moons ago when I was in the PCG, they had a 'model' contract, IR35 friendly.

I know that things have moved on since then, but I've not had to worry about this for 10+ years.

Is there a newer 'model' contract or has that concept been binned? TIA.

Don't forget to have an IR35 check by the likes of.. erm.. QDOS....

Dont forget if the upper contract doesnt match the one you have with regards T&Cs, your contract from an IR35 perspective will not be worth the paper it is written on (as per QDOS comment).

Not true. If your contract reads like an employment contract you're probably screwed no matter how good your working practices are.

Anyone with any sense will make sure to cover both bases, contract and working practices.

However if working practices does not correspond to contract then it is in effect a breach of contract.
