However if working practices does not correspond to contract then it is in effect a breach of contract.

Model "IR35 Friendly" Contract?
Many moons ago when I was in the PCG, they had a 'model' contract, IR35 friendly.
I know that things have moved on since then, but I've not had to worry about this for 10+ years.
Is there a newer 'model' contract or has that concept been binned? TIA.Tags: None
