I'm commuting from Coventry to London, staying in London Tuesday to Friday with a 1.5hr each/way commute whilst in London (staying with my brother).
It's fine.Comment

In my experience of humping it around the M25 most days, Monday is the worst. Friday is a bearable 1hr20 commute for me (it seems a lot of people work from home on Fridays) but the same commute on Monday is 1hr45 to 2 hours.Originally posted by VirtualMonkey View PostPretty much every contract I have is like that as I live in Hull and have a wife and 3 kids who I like.
It does wear you down very quickly. If I'm forced into 3-4 days a week it'll be stay over on Monday and Wednesday night. Always WFH on a Friday...the extra traffic on Friday is never worth the hassle.Comment
