Been offered a contract through Hays IT. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with them?

They don't take to long to pay you.Comment

Not flexible on their B2B contract which got a marginal pass from B&C. As long as you invoice correctly and they receive it Mon/Tues, they'll pay you on the Thursday every time. When I say invoice correctly, I mean that if there's something wrong somewhere and it's rejected in their system, they won't contact you to put it right, and you'll have to chase them to find out why. Apart from that little annoyance, then cool.Comment

I'm working with them at the moment. No problems here either."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

I've done contracts at two different clients through them, and I received excellent service.
Paid weekly, the Thursday after invoice/timesheet reached them. My contracts seemed OK IR35-wise. They also had a lower margin than most.
The agent used to check my invoices before passing them into the system, and called me if there was anything wrong.Comment
