My sister is looking to startup a new business, so I'm trying to put together a list of things that she needs to get sorted as a starter.

- Find a good accountant that you like and trust
- Pick the company name and register it
- Sort out a company domain and hosting
- Business bank account
- Business mobile phone tariff (get a PAC to keep the same number)
- PI Insurance
- PE and EE Insurance
- Ensure car insurance covers vehicle use
- IPSE membership
- Plenty of background reading
- VAT registration
- Payroll registration
