            I voted four pages, based on a guess. It's actually five pages (six if I open it in LibreOffice rather than Word).

            Next time I need it, I'll probably pay Matt Craven to have a go at it and reformat it - I tried but never finished it, so I've forgotten what the advice was in the first place
