Which then begs the question what else is in there just for the benefit of the contractor and doesn't match working practices. The MoO, RoS, D&C clauses? Not good to have such a blatant sham in the contract. I'd argue that's detrimental to you IR35 status, not a benefit.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Is this (or should it be) a T&M contract? If so, project milestones is a bit odd. If not, do you really want that as a small business?Comment

Forgot to add that QDOS had project milestones down as neutral. Had a few other things altered and contract was a PASS. Nice to be off the bench finally.
