All the best to all who are looking!Comment

It went from dead to a few calls this week and a few leads. All agents I have spoken to say that they have never seen things this quiet!Comment

Still very quiet I am hoping for an uplift when some 2019 IT budgets get set very shortly. Otherwise retirement is looking more realistic this is the worse state I have ever known the UK IT sector to be in.
Too many overseas contractors willing to do whatever is required for £100 & end clients not picky about how much £100 a day gets them either drastically lowers the end rate for everyone!!Comment

I'm a Senior BA specialising in Data. Just relocated back to the UK from US in late Jan. Late Jan and early to mid Feb were okay and had an offer that changed from 6 months to 6 weeks and told them to sod off.
These last 3 weeks have been absolutely dire - not many roles available and if they are it's the same one being listed by multiple agencies. Looking fairly bleak. This week has been close to radio silence for the pipeline.Comment

I’m only in my first contact ...been extended a few times (recurring three months) taking me up to a year or so with more work on the horizon after my project finishes in July/Aug time.
I’ve still had mails/calls despite being off the market a while - looks like for Project Managers anyway the market is reasonably buoyant. I’m midlands based.Comment

In a role so not looking, but had 4 calls this week about work. Agents telling me that the market is bouyant (in the area that I work in anyway). Hope everyone has some luck and gets work soonI am what I drink, and I'm a bitter manComment
