I don't think it is over but it has definitely changed. I spent several years on and off leaving home in the middle of the night on Monday, staying near the client site then coming home Friday evening. Even worse is we are beginning to see low paid jobs, by industry standards, becoming Inside IR35 when they should be permanent or FTC due to employers/clients (the difference becomes blurred at this stage) wanting to save in Employer NI contributions.
