I had 2 interview but the client is still taking interviews for many days. Looks like there are too many candidates

I have seen same roles advertised for many days. probably they are fakes.
The agents are not even calling for fishing, maybe lots of them have gone back to being used car salesman or estate agents.

They tend to interview until they find someone who 110% fits the bill and whose shirt they like the look of.

Its not anywhere near as rare as you think LBG had about 50 import workers doing that for about £100 a Day!.....the Bank were being charged £500 a day though!

Yep I can find tulip people in India.... Finding good ones in india or elsewhere is a very different matter.

PS Yep fully aware of the LBG system Breaks virtually every rule on best practice....
