I understand that recruitment agents are legally bound to disclose the rate they are charging contractors out at to the end client. Can someone point me to an article covering this or the exact law which makes the disclossure of this information legally binding.

It's quite possible that Civil Service rules contain a measure of this, but that will be for financial probity and I can't imagine it would require detail on anything other than master agreements except in the case of Chief Executive types.Comment
