new CTO has gone on record to say that he hates contractors

One of the nasty insults I've heard (when I was perm) was from a line manager when handed over weekly timesheets for signing:

'here's the timesheets again from the contractor scum'

He said it in a 'sort of joking' manner but loud and clear for all perms and contractors in the office to hear. The contractors didn't say a word, just kept their heads down and continued invoicing (the only response).

LOL. It could be that and I am a 007 fan. Or it could have "My" in there twice. There could be other meanings, too. Intentionally ambiguous.

I'm surprised you approved, though, since I didn't tell him to ask his accountant.

Why do people put up with this tulipe? I wouldnt stand for it. Too many sheeple as contractors imo.
