    The beauty about being a Contractor is I can choose what BS I'm willing to put up with, it is all about personal preference Northern. I think their interview process is tedious and time consuming, I choose not to participate, simples!

    We all choose to contract for our own personal reasons, what works for others may not work for one, it really shouldn't be about taking cheap shots. You, as I am, are entitled to our own opinions but bear in mind that there are no set rules for interviews or contracting in general.

      Bit too much BS for my liking too on this, and as you say, we all have different reasons for contracting. I'd put these in the "snooze and you loose" pile personally!
