Did you tell them to shove the role or the BETs requirement? If it was the latter, what was the response?

I was told it was a requirement for the role to fill in the BETs as they were using them for "auditing purposes".
The fact that they were no longer required by HMRC and had been scrapped had "not yet filtered down to their processes".

I also sent them the link to the HMRC statement.

I refused so there was no role.

I did yes, mainly due to the fact when I last used them for a contract in Manchester they were really good (in my personal experience). Now however.. well I understand your confused look!!

I think this is the case with CRAPITA, they are still asking for it to be filled in because it's a "requirement".. which obviously contradicts HMRC..

Peel Park, Blackpool - I've worked there before (and Lytham, Norcross, Newcastle and Washington) so would hopefully have stood a good chance of getting it.
