Remain calm and ask the agency to advise (as you have done). It's a one-off so don't get on your high horse, even if you feel tempted/justified. Be cool and business like.
One contract I had, the client was signing time sheets 10 days late or more. I got on my high horse and later wished I hadn't. If I had been cool (despite feeling outraged), the agency would have sorted it.Comment
