Just a throwaway comment on D&C working practices going down the IR35 route when we don't even know if he's brolly or ltd.

Ah true but reading this and his other thread there isn't a sniff of him mentioning a brolly which he surely would have mentioned if he is worried about getting his last invoice paid.

Surely part of being a contractor is you can up and leave.. what you're describing here is pretty high up the list of why I don't want to be a permie..
