Brits may work for up to 90 days per year in Switzerland
Presumably no big business will take a contractor/consultant for 90days max only. It's more likely for unqualified seasonal work...
Working remotely with the occasional travel to the site might work but let's see if this WFH has legs with the increased focus on people paying their fair share of taxes and "doing their bit" for the community...
yes and?
The average contract is much longer then 90 days. Why to go through all the visa problems if there are 30 other EU/EEA countries you can hire contractors form without the visa, but yes a temporary toilet cleaner job in the skihotel bar is possible.
Johnny Foreigner Swiss that pick fruits in Britain and steel all jobs in the UK or Brits that pick in CH? It's reciprocal I assume.
Sure. I mean, why wouldn't a Swiss worker swap £3000 a month working at MacDonalds for the £1500 UK minimum wage - or the £1400 minimum wage of Clogland.
Anyway, we take Romanians. They work harder and don't steal the silver.
