    Verdict 10:30 a.m. tomorrow.

Could be interesting. The gammons have already shown how much they hate British Parliamentary sovereignty. We may get to see how much they hate the rule of law.

A group of elected representatives who, when they agree to put a question to the electorate to get their answer, might actually act upon the outcome of that question when the answer is given to them?

This whole Supreme Court nonsense is entirely pointless.
This is not a matter for the courts, it is an issue that should (and could) have been resolved by the MPs had they simply chosen to force a vote of no confidence in the PM and thereby forced a GE in which the electorate could have (yet again) made the decision for the spineless barstewards.

Unanimous decision on the first portion :

Lady Hale: We convened a panel of 11 - the maximum number. This is a unanimous judgement: The question of whether prorogation is justiciable? Yes it is.
            EDIT:

            Followed by:

Lady Hale: The court is bound to conclude that the decision to advise The Queen to prorogue Parliament WAS UNLAWFUL.
            EDIT:

"The prorogation was void and of no effect," Lady Hale says. "Parliament has not been prorogued."
            EDIT:

Lady Hale continued that the speakers of the Houses of Commons and Lords "can take immediate steps to enable each house to meet as soon as possible".

It is for Parliament to decide what to do next, she says.

Will Boris go to the ECJ? Now that would be ironic

No. As has been pointed out repeatedly when this is suggested - Jokingly or otherwise, , the ECJ has no jurisdiction on this. There is no EU law involved.

Could go ahead, presumably with Gove (possibly vs. Corbyn, although it's his speech tomorrow). Depends what Labour wants. Bercow will consult and may decide to recall on Thursday instead. Tory conference dead anyway.
