Agreed. World-wide steel production has been next to uncompetitive for decades following China's oversupply into the market. It's been continually reported, so it should not have come as a surprise that British steel was on a hiding to nothing.---

UK government reaping what it's sowed, for sure. The vote to leave was the culmination of years and many governments drilling into UK citizens that the EU was a cost and not a benefit to the UK.
