All those EU countries are not making trade deals in their own right. The EU makes the trade deal and every EU country falls into line. This is just one of the differences between being IN and OUT of the EU.Originally posted by darmstadt View PostAccording to Brexiters, the UK can't make trade deals with other countries so how comes all these EU countries are making trade deals?

Anyone can negotiate a trade deal. I negotiated a trade deal last week when I traded sterling for an iPhone battery off Amazon. The EU negotiates bilateral agreements and FTAs.Comment
