I know that the concept of one agency filling the void left by another one is one that has yet to cross the vast wilderness of your empty mind, but that is in fact how the real world works.

You'd know a bit more ABOUT that real world if you ever left your dingy little server room for periods longer than it takes to grab Pringles, Energy drinks, and to replenish your boxes of wanking tissues.

This military equal opportunities employment business has gone way too far.

Maybe, but it still has a long way to go before it catches up with whatever weird demographic promotional initiative keeps an imbecile like you in paid employment.

Just possibly these "highly-skilled" people that currently live and work in London might want to continue working for whatever UK agency replaces this one?

Ye gods, any other shadows that you twitchy Bremainers want to jump at?

There speaks a man who knows absolutely nothing about the pharma sector and drug regulations.

My best mate and his wife both work at major UK pharma; she's in the regulation and quality arena. Her job, and all of her team, is moving out of the UK. There is currently nothing in the UK to replace those roles. They are currently deciding whether to stay in the UK or move to Ireland. These are highly paid, highly qualified individuals.

The brain drain is happening - you might not be seeing it as there isn't much brain to drain from your area of work

Go on soldier boy, do your best deflecting now

And why would they be even considering staying in the Uk if, as you say, there are unlikely to be any other work opportunities for them?
Haven't really thought this through very well, have you? No change there then.

In your case it happened a long time ago. And there wasn't much draining required.

You really are as thick as 2 short planks aren't you? Her role is moving, not his. Therefore they are deciding whether they stay in the UK and she gets a different role, or she keeps her role and goes to Ireland and he gets a new role. It's really not that difficult to work out thicko.

Nice deflecting with your last statement. Predictable for you

Right. So he is considering continuing to work at a "major uk pharma" company that has decided to rid itself of the "regulation and quality" branch of the company.

Well of course that makes perfect sense. I mean why would the pharma industry have need of any "regulation and quality" dimension?

You really haven't done your homework when creating these "good mates" of yours and their fictional roles, have you?

Why not stick to the sort of industries that you at least have a grasp of, like cider manufacturing or muckspreading? You are much less likely to make such a dog's dinner of fabricating outlandish scenarios for these imaginary friends that way.
