It wasn't intended as such. I read the article, and a 12 year old could have cut'n'pasted it. Probably better, in fact.Originally posted by Uncle Albert View Post

You can pretend to be clever if you want, but when the day finally dawns that you realise you have no means to control those who rule over you; you can't vote them out (and you didn't vote them in), just remember what you called them that called it right.Originally posted by chopper View PostWho fall into all three of these

They won't be able to come back to tell us we were right. Like Suity - if his "end of the world" thread ever comes true, he can't come back to tell us.Originally posted by Mordac View PostYou can pretend to be clever if you want, but when the day finally dawns that you realise you have no means to control those who rule over you; you can't vote them out (and you didn't vote them in), just remember what you called them that called it right.Comment

We're moving away from being able to control those who rule over us, with the ability to vote them out having previously voted them in, to not being able to do that, as a result of those who fell for pro-Leave lies - the very Gammons who got outraged at things that were made up.Originally posted by Mordac View PostYou can pretend to be clever if you want, but when the day finally dawns that you realise you have no means to control those who rule over you; you can't vote them out (and you didn't vote them in), just remember what you called them that called it right.

No deal is so unthinkably bad, that this deal is better than that. Because we were lied to that we held all the cards, that the EU needed us more than we needed them. That is turning into utter nonsense.Taking a break from contractingComment

I am sure we were promised a return to Victorian times. When the UK ruled much of the Earth. And the majority of its citizens lived in total poverty. That will partially come true.Originally posted by chopper View PostNo deal is so unthinkably bad, that this deal is better than that.
