Uk to become a colony, a vassal state of the EU

UK to become a colony for the first time in 1000 years, so says Boris

We will be an EU COLONY’ - Boris urges Cabinet to reject ‘APPALLING’ Brexit deal
It's looking good, what did he really expect.

Hopefully Boris articles will get no further than the express.

A bit odd Boris so modestly is not mentioning his role in making UK vassal state.

They're nicely parodied in Private Eye.

It is a funny kind of colony that has the sovereignty to stop being a colony instantly by a single act of its own parliament.

I don't want to upset you, Greggie, but if you send a letter to the council saying "Dear Sirs, After a democratic vote in our kitchen we have to tell you we are no longer going to pay council tax, Yours faithfully, Mr & Mrs OldGreg", the amount of notice they'll take is... zip.

You Brexiteers don't seem to get that pontificating in Parliament doesn't change the realities of global politics one bit. You can vote to have your cake and eat it but unless you've got some cunning plan you're just deluding yourself.

I think the cunning plan is to pontificate as long as possible and not leave
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
