Works both ways and the issues will be ironed out over time. When the noses are to the grindstone the solutions will come thick and fast. Being out is worth the short term pain and we'll be happy we got out in retrospect

Explain me why is it, on a personal level for a worker, worth to be unemployed for 5 years because of brexit?

No one with good skills in the UK will be unemployed because of Brexit. If you are scared please leave and don't come back.

Well it's the unskilled workers (who voted mostly for brexit) who will suffer the most. It's self inflicted, but somehow they think it's worth being without job for several years until the economy gets back on its feet again. They could have stayed in a job all the time if the UK stays in the EU.
To me it's not clear why it's all worth it, several years of misery. Yes I believe in 10 years it will all work out, but why would anyone a massive part of their working live give up income for some ideal (and lies) is beyond my comprehension.

Brexidiots keep saying it's all worth it, but what that "it" is they can't explain.

Given it all the thought the subject deserves.
