    all three

They certainly contribute more to peace than the thugs who support UKIP.

Don't UKIP MEPs comprise part of the EU?

Just need the other EU peace facilitator proponents to speak up now and confirm they believe the same as you, or some other nuance.

Edit: Ps. I've never voted UKIP

A country with an Association Agreement with the EU.

Which saves writing the full name every time

Most OECD countries have agreements with the EU so you need to be more specific.

It’s one that has entered into an association with another country (or group of countries)

Think of it like the Premier League in football. Everton are in the Premier League as are Chelsea. There is an association there. Chelsea are also in the Champions League.
According to bean, that means Everton are in the Champions League.

Nah, it's only a means to an end and now you've cleared up your own views, it seems superfluous.

Although please note, this doesn't include FTAs and other types, so it is in a way, specific.

Yes, in general and in this case, with the EU.

No, that's not what I've said or what I meant and why I've tried to clarify in later posts (not that it made much difference to you ).

Do you always paraphrase everyone badly?
Do you always use tripe analogies?

The EU would make no claims about Chile. It needs some historical perspective. For example we have seen the longest period of peace between France and Germany (Prussia and Holy Roman Empire) since at least the Thirty Years War. And these wars tend to be spread and be devastating. It is of course impossible to prove the counterfactual but the EU seems to do a good job of preventing wars between member states. And history shows that such wars often spread much more widely.
