It is certainly interesting to listen to the Brexit education going on, on LBC phone ins.

It is a slow process but listeners are beginning to realise what a huge f** up it is. Still a lot of die hards around, so I think the real education will occur day one after Brexit when the sh*t really does hit the fan.

    I'm alright Jack

Well of course, because London was really split down the middle on the issue. I am sure there are all sorts of balanced views being aired.

Can't wait for Brexit personally. But I don't think it will happen. There'll be a fudge, sadly.
          Hard Brexit now!

The unemployment rates falling combined with no wage increases on average suggest that Britain is creating lots of low-wage, unproductive jobs e.g. Uber drivers.
And those of us well connected in London know that the better-paid jobs and companies are haemorrhaging at a rate that is under-reported in the press, because most companies don't want to publicise Brexit-caused moves.
In the HEOR space where I contract, I know of 5 big players who have/are planning moves of key staff, mainly because there'll be a bigger pool of MScs and PhDs in the EU without any extra paperwork needed.
Since London is the powerhouse of the UK economy this should be cause for concern.

Stop talking the economy down. As our stalwart patriotic friend pointed out earlier in the thread:

Sales of British salmon helped the UK to export a record value of food and drink in the first half of the year, according to industry figures.

Exports of the fish jumped more than 53% by value to £408m, the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) said.

UK food and drink exports rose 8.5% to £10.2bn, helped by the fall in the pound after last year's Brexit vote.

But the FDF warned that without a favourable Brexit trade deal, British exports could become less competitive.

If I'm angry all the time, surely it's a simple judgement call? But you're confusing me with someone who actually gives a damn.
Are posters allowed to put mods on ignore?
No, but on the other hand, we can't ignore anyone. No wonder we're always so angry.

Logic has never been Brillo's strong point.
He claims to have a maths degree, but judging from his posts, I suspect he's lying.
