Why do you believe the wellbeing of 1 nation over 27 will take priority? And why is it punishment when they act as such, toward you?

There are far more important thing going on the EU than Brexit. The "me me me" coming out of the UK I suspect will fall on deaf ears before long.

yeah imagine some country who is a major contributor to the EU and who tried to renegotiate to stay in decided to leave and the comments are you will be punished. Seems fair.

Alternatively you can be a small country supported by its big brother and keeps begging to vote out and their big brother accommodates them to keep them.

UK : Lets talk. WE should aim to get the best deal possible for both of us.
EU : We will only talk about what we want to talk about. Any deal must be approved by 28 individual governments. And in any deal the UK must suffer - punishment for daring to stand up to the 4th Reich.
