They weren't that cheap. Some were UK nationals of Indian descent. A couple were African. A handful of Indian contractors. One of the best developers I've worked with (Polish). And a couple of central Europeans. Plus hundreds of UK nationals of UK descent. All were either in the UK or we made a specific decision to bring them in.
